Paul Davis invented the category of Insurance Restoration Contractor. Paul Davis was the first contractor company to use computerized estimating for its insurance restoration work. Paul Davis was the first to introduce line item unit pricing. And Paul Davis, most proudly, was the first to partner with insurance carriers. Paul Davis was the first company of its kind to offer a performance warranty.
Paul Davis was the first full-service Insurance Restoration company to have a national presence and the first to offer an integrated electronic solution claim package called E-Services. Paul Davis was the first national mitigation company to offer a "Dry in 3" days guarantee for water losses by utilizing the latest in technology and drying sciences. And Paul Davis was the first to meld restoration and remodeling.

Meet the Team
Jeff Suszynski
Jeff Suszynski is a lifelong Geauga county resident who graduated from Chardon High School. He then received a BS in Construction Management Technology from Bowling Green State University prior to joining Paul Davis Restoration in 1992. In his 12 years as an estimator and project manager for PDR of Cleveland Metro, Jeff ran almost 10 million dollars in restoration projects. In 2004 he took over ownership of the company with business partner Brad Nelson. The two of them grew PDR of Cleveland Metro into the premier customer service restoration firm in Northeast Ohio. Today PDR of Cleveland Metro is under the leadership of Jeff and his wife Cindie. Together they continue to maintain the high standards of service and quality that PDR customers have come to expect over the years. Jeff still lives in Chardon where he and Cindie are raising their three children.
